Spike

Phalaenopsis tetraspis is endemic to the Andaman Islands, the Nicobar Islands and northwestern Sumatra. Its natural habitat is the wet and warm woods.

This is a C1 selection. Flowers are mildly fragrant similar to the fragrance of mango. A special characteristic is the variation in the flower color patterns on the same flower spike/stem. A sequential bloom can continue to bloom on the same spike for a long time.
The flowers are both red and white, and the coloration on the petals is fairly random. Sometimes even asymmetric, every flower will be different and have different amounts of red and white

These are established in 2.5" round pots. Blooming Size

Will need humid conditions, warm to hot, shade, and water when just dry. Do not keep soggy or dry for long periods.

** please only buy this one if you are an experienced phal. grower as the roots are very easy to rot
