Clivia are few plants with amazing flowers that grow and bloom in shade and medium light plances. Belonging to same family as the familiar Amaryllis, these are popular houseplants for winter and spring.

Easy growing and nice addition to outdoor areas with indirect light such as under trees. Works well as an indoor plant too. Plant does well in warm and sheltered places , quickly filling up spaces with its dark and shiny green strappy leaves. Blooms later spring -early summer and does well outside in places with above freezing temps.

Clivia bears clusters of 10-25 trumpet-shaped flowers above a thick, upright stem. Bright orange flowers with yellow centers are the most common, sometimes you can find rarer peach, yellow or white varieties.
